In this presentation we will take you through the Robotic Process Automation (RPA) journey of Port of Rotterdam. From why they decided to implement RPA, establishing the Robotics Centre of Excellence to how they are currently benefitting from the success of RPA. We will share some examples of how Port of Rotterdam is using RPA as well as their plans for the future.
Mr. Wouter Hovin, Robotics (RPA) Lead, Port of Rotterdam
Wouter has been working for Port of Rotterdam for roughly 5 years now in various roles. As RPA project lead he successfully managed the tender and implementation of RPA. In addition he established the Robotics Centre of Excellence which he currently leads as RPA Lead. Combining his skills as Lean Six Sigma Black Belt with knowledge of RPA he continuously strives to further improve the processes of Port of Rotterdam and contribute to its ambition of being the smartest port.
